The Regulatory Masterplan aims to improve the urban configuration, protect the environment and enhance the National and International role of the city based on its strategic location, productive capacity and trade potential. The study was composed according to L. 2508/97 and it is a policy & action framework with well-defined, classified goals (general & specialized).
The study is divided in two phases. The first is associated with the current situation analysis and trend evaluation. The second one includes the final proposal.
