The master plan, through the stages of the study, is seeking to identify and evaluate spatial data (urban, cultural, economic, natural environment) of the area that can act as development factors. It also identifies the problems, trends, conflicts and contradictions in the community, based on which the development model is proposed according to the principles of sustainability.
